Where is the multiplayer activation key?

Hi,

I bought the GMX Media version of this game (from Play.com), and I am trying to activate my multiplayer account. However, I can't find the key anywhere in the box. Where is it supposed to be?

You appear to be one of many. It happened to me too. I also recommended the game to a friend, and his copy didnt have one either. We have both activated now, but it would seem there are large batches of the game out there with no codes in.

Where is the multiplayer activation key?
