Ok how does the revenue work. You get 10 turns worth. What if your opponent takes the country .. ? Does he get ten or only whats left .. ? And what if youtake it back ? Do you get another 10 or just what you had left before .. ?

From what I've seen, they get what's left. Basically, the country simply changes ownership.

Yep, that's what the manual says too. Think of it as the country's treasury, not the owner's treasury.

yes, the country transfers money to treasury each turn if it's under total control. The controlling player can spend it. The 10 turns counter is set at the beginning and can only be decreased by one at the beggining of recruit phase if the contry is under your total control.
