When do we get to hear more about some of the features that are listed to be included in MA Net? I'm particularly interested in these:

* Opponent finder system
How does this work? Different then the current player list? Is this an online area where you can directly interact with others when seeking opponents?

* Tournament manager system
Will players have access to run tourneys then?

* Detailed online statistics
Will this have any additional statistics it shows?

"participation in championships and clan wars will be available for a reasonable subscription fee."
Ahhh! Does that mean there will be some MA server side management of clan wars? I don't have to spend an hour a day managing the current one anymore? :D

I'm very much anticipating this! April can't come too soon!

"Opponent Finder" is new feature which will be introduced in Massive Assault Network. It likes as you publish an ad in your local paper advertiser or some dating service. In details it works by the following way:

- you may issue a broadcast challenge with some time limit, planet, side (FNU, PL or random) and rank range (Leut-Capt, for example) for supposed opponent

- also you may view such challenges with appropriate supposed rank range in "Opponents Wanted" section

- every such challenge may be accepted by any number of players within a week or until you cancel it.

"Tournament Manager System" will be available for any people which want to run a tournament. Moreover, personally I think that such people should be rewarded for their contribution...

Server side management for clan wars is not planned in first version of MAN, but is possible in the future.

The tournament manager may be sufficient for the clan wars. IF a clan war map is involved as currently, that work is trivial compared to actually assigning the matches, and the tournament manager should do that nicely (as long as it allows some degree in freedom as how matches are generated). This will be a great benefit! I look forward to it!
