Alright.... I very much enjoy watching replays of good players to pick up on tactics, but I have a couple gripes about how they work.

#1 An option to show deployments... deployment strategy is half the game, I wish you could watch it as it happens.

#2 Easy way to rewind the replays to the beginning of the turn?

#3 Make trees translucent in the replays... it's hard to tell what's under them.

Add purchases to deployments. The human eye only works so fast you know :P

Add to that the fact that the camera doesn't always go to the correct location during purchases, sometimes hovering over blank terrain.

Also, I'd like to be able to view country details.

I think it's been said before, but skip forward and back turn by turn would be huge. Sometimes I just want to show my friends the latest 3 turns.

If it could stop crashing in replay mode whenever a plane moves from city to city on my ATI 9200 on my slow machine, that would be a plus as well, but you can't have everything. :)

I'd like something like this, only pretty:

TURN-bar: You can click on an turn and the replay moves to the beginning of that turn. The arrow (or something with a similar effect) shows current turn being played. (P1 means Phantom League Turn 1, F is FNU)

PHASE-bar: Same thing, but for phases.

PLAY-ALL button: Plays the replay like a movie, just like it does now.

PLAY-TURN button: halts after playing through the current turn. Sorta step-play. Press it again to view next turn.

PLAY-PHASE button: Same thing, but for phases.

PAUSE button: Guess. :)

Please don't comment on the uglyness of this approach, I was just trying to show the functionality I think is needed. 8)
