The case is still open :)

I wish an acceptable explanation by moderators about:
Filename 47229- 11th
Filesize 33.17kb
considering that i planned the game also watching turncounter....
so im suffering a damage due to a bad working of the same turncounter,
not for my responsability!

Otherwise i retract in good order my troops from DEKO
so u can find another player to replace me :D

With much respect g27

I've checked replays again.
Please, look at this picture from replay of victory guderian27 and, I hope, it will be closed :)

Different numbers of turn in replay and in the filename is dialing with turn number "0" - deployment. For filename it's turn "0", for replay it's turn "1".

Why not just make them play again?

They could have finished another couple of battles in the time it has taken to decide who wins.

The point is that I was misled by the counting of turns,
cause it showed me 1 turn less each turn I played
I ask : is it my fault? or is an error of the game?
How many players take care to count the turns manually every time they play?? No one I think, because they trust in what the turn counter
signs.
I usually look at replay when game is finished not while im still playng.
bye

That is hardly fair to the person who won the match at the first time of asking!

Think of it this way Nkarkor:

1 Match(2games) = 1 Life

So since Chikitos won the match he is undeafeted with with 2 lives left and since you lost the match you move to the group of "once defeated" people.

So what happens in your remaining game with Chikitos has no impact on the tournament.

Ok, thanks. Now I understand.
Nevertheless I will wait to Chikitos to finish the game becouse I can get some points that bring me near to the next level (Colonel).
And why I don't have a game in the "once defeated" group? I suppose that I have to wait to my rival in this group.

Are we quite clear who won then, I made that comment because it seemed it was still un clear who was the eventual winner, and the person who lost seems they may have been hard done by anyway due to the oddity of counting turns.

I lost my first round battle by turns... and there was only one turn in it also, I am now wondering if I may have actually won that battle?

Also this tournament, do people who have lost 1 life already still have a chance of winning the event?

anyway good job mwigor.

yes u ahve to lose both lives to be out of a cahnce to win the top prize, u will however be enetered into a 2nd tourney with everyone else who gets knocked out in the early stages to win a lesser prize.

If one game is over and the other has lasted longer - then the match is over as the person who won the first battle has won on least turns.

People who have one life left are still in the main tournament. There is a secondary tournament for people eliminated from the main event. Details of which will be posted early in the New Year. I also hope to post details of the draw for the remainder of the main event at that point.

To explain the question "Why hasn't my next round battle been started?" asked by various people - The draw is completely preset - so until your next round opponent is determined the battles cannot be started.

Meanwhile four new 2nd round matches have started.

Undefeated
Redfox v cis
MortonHQ v NikTheKid

Once Defeated
tomhahnl v Arkon7
Brett Shaw v lazyashell

and btw : Thanks for this game.
and btw' : i am jack3lombre (registered and playing deko 8) ) and jack2lombre (not registered, just playing emerald :o )

Due to slow play we have converted JOCAMP v twestedbutfun2 into a Round 1b match - and given their opponents byes.

Here are the updated seedings (taking into account results so far) where two players are listed against two numbers - they are currently playing a Round 1 battle with the winner due to assume the higher seeding. Where two players are listed against only one number - they are playing to take that seeding with the loser facing elimination.

1 Rocklizard
2 Pitor
3 Tiger
4 Redfox
5 Gleb
6 Silicor
7 ChrisCraven
8 Norat
9 MortonHQ
10 mwigor
11 Artanis
12 Manko
13 REDeyes
14 GuerrillaZ
15 Tywer
16 Roth Alagash
17 Antonio Manero
18 CrimeGorilla
19 maelstrom Beerthirty
20 melkiot
21 Enforcer
22 Wanderer Brooke
23 azzzy
24 NikTheKid
25 nblawat
26 Magician
27 Chikitos
28 Yohei Duque
29 cis
30 Mopsoo
31 Keule
32 EL DIABLO ron2
33 EL DIABLO ron2
34 guderian27
35 EasyE
36 Deac
37 Yohei Duque
38 Nharkor
39 Wau
40 Glyc
41 tomhahnl
42 Welnic
43 Wanderer Brooke
44 eisbaer
45 ROSS
46 maelstrom Beerthirty
47 Brett Shaw
48 nerithІ
49 Roth Alagash
50 lazyashell
52 lidstrom777
53 Pinkasso ManOwaR
54 K-Man
55 Arkon7
57 Cobra Frogurt
58 MadJazz
59 Donut skomo
60 Giuko Nakun
62 G.F. B.Kloppt
63 JOCAMP twestedbutfun2
64 Ice man 67

Those in bold have already won their Round 2 match - if they are seeded in the top 16 it means they have both lives in tact - those in italics have already lost in Round 2.
