If you have a problem with Massive Assault Network 2 or experience buggy performance:

  1. Find 'bug_report.exe' in the folder where M.A.N.2 is installed.
  2. Run it.
  3. Wait while the utility creates an archived file 'bug_report.gz' (in the same folder).
  4. If you work with email clients the program will open your email client automatically and will create new message addressed to our support team.
  5. In the body of the email describe your problem.
  6. Attach 'bug_report.gz' to this message.
  7. Send it to support@massiveassault.com

DxDiag File:
To obtain this file, please do the following:
1. Press Windows "Start" button
2. Select Run menu
3. Type "DXDIAG" in the "Open" field and press "OK"
4. Press "Save All Information" in the appeared DirectX Diagnostic tool window and save the file to your hard drive
 
LOG-File "ma.log":
This file is located in the root folder of the game e.g. C:\Program Files\Massive Assault Network 2 beta\
